Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "fr77" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at fr77.io, including all associated services, features, and content made available through that domain.
• "Platform" means the fr77 website, its subdomains, and any browser-based interface through which betting and gaming services are delivered.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the fr77 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet turnover that must be completed using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Taka" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Section 8 of these Terms.
• "Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond fr77's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, or cyber attacks.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a specific law or regulation includes any amendment or re-enactment of that law or regulation.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fr77 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and fr77.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting fr77 support at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

fr77 reserves the right to require Players to re-confirm acceptance of these Terms at any time, including following a material update. Where re-confirmation is required, continued access to the Platform will be conditional on that confirmation being given.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To register for an Account on the fr77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. fr77 is an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
2. You are a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You have not previously had an Account closed by fr77 for breach of these Terms or for any other reason that would make re-registration inappropriate.
5. You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any third party.
6. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of fr77, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. If fr77 identifies that a Player holds multiple Accounts, fr77 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any bets placed through those Accounts, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any detail changes. fr77 is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

Account Verification

fr77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. fr77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, and in particular before processing any withdrawal request.

Verification documents that fr77 may request include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of registered mobile wallet, bank statement header).
• A selfie or live photograph confirming the Player's identity against submitted documents.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed. fr77 will endeavour to complete the verification process within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays when withdrawals are requested.

fr77 reserves the right to suspend an Account and freeze its Balance where verification documents are not provided within a reasonable time or where documents submitted appear to be fraudulent or inconsistent with Account information.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the fr77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following transaction limits apply:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Daily withdrawal limit: Subject to Account tier and verification status — contact support for your applicable limit.

fr77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. Not all methods may be available for both deposits and withdrawals simultaneously.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: 15 to 60 minutes following approval.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank): 1 to 3 business days following approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3 to 5 business days following approval.

fr77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which fr77 accepts no responsibility. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible, as part of our anti-money laundering controls.

fr77 reserves the right to delay, decline, or reverse a withdrawal if: the Account has not completed verification; there is a pending investigation into Account activity; the requested withdrawal amount exceeds applicable limits; or fr77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

fr77 may offer various promotional bonuses to Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on fr77:

• Each Player is eligible to claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are not immediately withdrawable. Bonus Funds must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds become withdrawable.
• Wagering Requirements must be met using eligible real-money bets as specified in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — contribution percentages are specified per promotion.
• Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms.
• fr77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, reasonable notice will be given of any material change.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system through collusion, multi-accounting, or systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements while minimising genuine risk is considered Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.

fr77 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and void associated winnings where it determines in its reasonable judgment that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse or has breached the terms of a promotional offer.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the fr77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all products on the fr77 Platform:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding on fr77 only when you have received a confirmation notification and the bet appears in your Account's bet history. Verbal or written assertions outside the Platform do not constitute accepted bets.
• Odds, margins, and game RTPs are set and updated by fr77 and its game providers. All displayed odds and RTP figures are correct at the time of display but are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds or game outcomes, fr77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.
• fr77 reserves the right to place maximum bet limits on any market, game, or event at any time without prior notice.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules. Where no specific rule applies, stakes will be refunded.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• For casino games, the rules of each individual game as published by the respective game provider apply. In any conflict between provider rules and fr77's general Terms, fr77's Terms prevail.

fr77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of sports data and game software. However, fr77 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate data feeds, software malfunctions, or communication errors that are beyond fr77's reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fr77 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and permanent closure of their Account without further notice:

• Fraud and financial crime: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; depositing funds of illegal origin; engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in the same name or under different identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to achieve an unfair advantage in any betting market, poker game, or casino game.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Arbitrage and systematic abuse: Exploiting pricing errors, promotional terms, or technical vulnerabilities in a systematic manner to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit at fr77's expense.
• Impersonation: Registering under or claiming to be another person, providing false identification documents, or misrepresenting your identity in any interaction with fr77.
• Underage gambling: Registering on the Platform while under the age of 21, or assisting any person under 21 to access the Platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward fr77 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Account Suspension and Closure

fr77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where fr77 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that:

• The Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• The Player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The Account is the subject of a dispute, legal hold, or regulatory inquiry.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to fr77 or to other Players.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions of Section 13.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Account Balance will be held and not released until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the Balance will be released promptly. If the investigation finds evidence of Prohibited Conduct, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting fr77 support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, fr77 will process any outstanding withdrawal of the remaining real-money Balance to the Player's registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met. Bonus Funds not yet meeting Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fr77 Platform, including but not limited to the fr77 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of fr77 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from fr77.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use the fr77 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of fr77's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action in addition to Account closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fr77's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fr77 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or fr77 had been advised of its possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure Events, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or internet disruptions affecting access to the Platform.
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contained an error or inaccuracy.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where that access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes fr77's liability for death or personal injury caused by fr77's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

fr77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at fr77.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fr77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data is shared only with service providers necessary for the operation of the Platform — including payment processors and identity verification services — who are bound by appropriate data protection obligations.

All data transmitted between your device and the fr77 Platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. fr77 stores personal data on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting fr77 support. Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law and within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsible Gaming

fr77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all Players. fr77 operates an adults-only platform (21+ only) and takes this obligation seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration without a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Temporary exclusion periods range from 7 days to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

Amendments to These Terms

fr77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fr77 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a notification displayed upon login to the Platform.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and to remain aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where an amendment materially and adversely affects your rights under these Terms, you have the right to close your Account before the amendment takes effect. To do so, contact fr77 support at [email protected] prior to the effective date of the change, and your remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which fr77 operates. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute between you and fr77 relating to your Account, bets placed, or these Terms, you should first contact fr77 support at [email protected] and provide full details of your complaint. fr77 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the fr77 internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter through any dispute resolution process available to you under applicable Bangladesh consumer protection law. fr77 will cooperate fully with any such process.
